Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Wash the cauliflower, remove the bottom of the stem and leaves and set aside.

Slice the cauliflower lengthwise into steaks, remove loose florets and also set aside.
4.
Place the cauliflower steaks on baking paper on a tray and sprinkle with olive oil, salt and a few sage leaves.
5.
Roast in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes until the cauliflower is golden.
6.
After roasting, remove the sage leaves.
