Seasonal discount

To make sure fruit and vegetables reach you fresh, we plan our workforce and logistics down to the last detail. By ordering early, you help us and family farmers plan the season.

In return, we offer a seasonal discount on selected fresh produce when you pre-order several boxes early in the season. It doesn't matter whether you receive them on different delivery dates or all at once.

The number of boxes required to get a discount, and the amount of that discount, are specified on the relevant product page in the shop.

Volume discount

From a certain order value onwards, we grant you a volume discount:

• from an order value of EUR 120, we ship your parcel free of postage
• from an order value of EUR 350, you get a 5 percent discount
• from an order value of EUR 550, you get a 10 percent discount

Already discounted items, as well as products with a sale price of over EUR 350, are excluded from the volume discount. However, their value helps you to reach the quantity discount limit.

Gift vouchers are also excluded, both from the volume discount calculation and from the discount itself.

Promotions & Discounts

We regularly reduce prices – for products nearing their best-before date, or when we have too much stock. We also run targeted promotions on fruit and nuts from our own production, to raise awareness of gebana and our range. From time to time, we also lend a hand to our partners and suppliers when they have surplus stock.

The following conditions apply to vouchers:

• Vouchers cannot be combined, unless they are compensation vouchers.
• A maximum of three vouchers can be applied and combined per order.
• Vouchers cannot be used when purchasing gift vouchers.
