Line a tart pan or loaf tin with baking paper.

Remove the stones from the dates and press them firmly into the tin.
3.
Sprinkle peanuts and tahini on top.
4.
Melt the chocolate and pour over the date mixture.
5.
Decorate with chopped nuts, chocolate and salt.
6.
Let set in the refrigerator and then cut into small cubes or bars. Stored in a tin, the date bars keep in the refrigerator for several weeks.
