Combine all ingredients up to and including the plant-based milk in a bowl. Do not stir too much, just mix until the ingredients form a batter.

Melt butter or margarine in a non-stick pan and heat the pan.

Pour the pancake batter into the pan portion by portion with a ladle and fry the pancakes on one side until bubbles form on the surface. Then flip and fry on the other side for about 2 minutes. Reduce heat if browning too quickly.

Serve the pancakes with butter and maple syrup or with vegan cream.
