Preheat the oven to 220°C (fan).

Segment the oranges and cut into slices about 0.5 cm thick. (Dicing etc. also works of course).

Whisk the eggs and icing sugar well in a bowl with a whisk. Add the flour and combine into a smooth batter. Now add the cream, milk, a good splash of cognac and a pinch of salt. Then blend everything again with an immersion blender.

Grease a small springform pan with butter, place the oranges inside and cover with the clafoutis batter.

Bake in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes, let cool and enjoy.
