Wash the potatoes and cut into sticks.

Marinate the potato sticks with salt, pepper, paprika and oil.

Bake for about 20-30 minutes in the oven at 180°C fan, turning occasionally. The fries become crispest when they are in a single layer on the baking tray.

Pull apart the jackfruit with your hands or a fork and marinate with paprika powder, a little salt and sugar for 15 minutes.

Fry the jackfruit quickly in oil for 10-15 minutes.

Mix the fried jackfruit with 30-50 ml of BBQ sauce.

Top the burger buns with pulled jackfruit and toppings (onion, tomato and cucumber slice, lettuce, ketchup, mustard, vegan mayonnaise).

Serve the burger with fries and enjoy.
