Preheat the oven to 220 °C fan.

Cut the pumpkin into approx. 3 cm cubes and place in a bowl.

Cut the large onion into strips and add to the pumpkin in the bowl.

Mix the Aceto Balsamico with the olive oil and honey, add salt and pepper to taste.

Add half of this mixture to the pumpkin and onions and mix well.
6.
Place everything together on a baking tray and put into the oven.
7.
After 20 minutes of baking, pour the second half of the olive oil–balsamic mixture over the pumpkin pieces and bake for another 10 minutes.
