Electrification Thanks to Oil

The small but effective aid was also financed by the sale of our olive oil: With 105,000 francs our partners from the Kampagne Olivenöl association supported the construction of the facilities. From every 3-liter canister sold by gebana, 6 francs go to the association's project fund.

The harassment by the Israeli government is apparently meant as a signal to Europe: Do not interfere; what you build, we will destroy again. To this day the solar and wind installations still stand. Demolition orders were indeed issued in February and March, but they have not yet been carried out.

The motto of the aid organizations and donors is clear: We will not give up! Kampagne Olivenöl is currently reviewing a new project application for training Palestinians in the maintenance of the solar and wind installations.
