Pure, lightly de-oiled cocoa powder made from roasted cocoa beans from gebana Togo. The powder contains around 20 to 22 % fat. As the beans are not alkalised, the powder is relatively light in colour.
With a fat content of 20 to 22 %, this cocoa powder is particularly suitable for baking. However, it can also be used to make a rich hot chocolate. The taste is similar to our heavily defatted cocoa powder, with a pleasant fruity note and distinctive chocolate aromas.

Organic, no irrigation, harvested by hand.

Transport: Lorry from decentralised warehouses to Lomé, ship to Rotterdam, lorry to Switzerland.
