Cherry tomatoes preserved in oil from the Italian cooperative Libera Terra. The tomatoes are grown in the Alto Salento region of Apulia. They are harvested by hand, halved and dried in the sun. They are then pickled in oil and a little vinegar together with herbs. No preservatives or other additives.
