Libera Terra Mediterraneo is a cooperative that brings together a dozen smaller cooperatives in Sicily, Calabria, Campania and Apulia. All members of the cooperatives produce grain for pasta along with pulses. In Sicily, they also grow tomatoes. The aim is to create a sustainable economic system based on legal compliance and social justice.
