Broth paste produced by Foodoo from discarded vegetables that cannot be sold profitably in wholesale. The goal of the team led by founder Mirko Buri is to reduce food waste in Swiss agriculture.
The stock paste contains no sugar, glucose or flavour enhancers and is extremely concentrated. Just 20 grams is enough for one litre of stock. Ideal for soups, sauces, risotto and anything that needs more flavour than just salt.
The stock comes in a 900-gram jar.

Storage & shelf life
You can store the paste at room temperature. Due to the way it is produced, it has a shelf life of at least 1 year and should not expire beyond the date indicated on the packaging. This also applies to opened jars.
