Preheat the oven to 180° Celsius.

Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.

Cut the butter into small pieces and add to the dry ingredients.

Coarsely chop the white chocolate.

Add the white chocolate and cranberries to the dough.

Mix everything by hand to form a dough.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and form approximately equal-sized balls from the dough. Even-sized balls work best with an ice cream scoop. Distribute the balls on the parchment paper.
8.
Bake the cookies in the middle of the oven for 10 - 12 minutes.
9.
Remove the cookies from the oven and let cool well.
