Place chia seeds, rice milk, plant-based yogurt, orange zest and orange juice in a bowl and whisk with a spoon. Wait a few minutes and stir again – this prevents the chia seeds from clumping.

Let rest in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes so the chia seeds can fully absorb the flavors.

In the meantime, slice an orange and place the slices along the inner wall of two glasses.

Pour in the chia pudding and add 1–2 tablespoons of plain yogurt on top, then garnish with orange zest, dried cranberries and dark chocolate.
