Cancel or Pause gebana Subscriptions
You can cancel or pause subscriptions in our shop at any time. However, if your cancellation or pause overlaps with the automatic order for the next delivery, you will receive one more package. Therefore, please note the following time frames for the various subscriptions.
Coffee Subscriptions
Pause / Cancel
You can pause or cancel your coffee subscription by Wednesday evening before the next delivery date. If you make the change later, you will receive one more delivery. The minimum term is three deliveries; after that, you can cancel at any time without any issues.
