At the Women’s Business Conference of the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts women are honored annually who distinguish themselves through unconventional and outstanding achievements. This year’s Women’s Business Award 2014 was awarded by the jury to Ursula Brunner. "As a mother of seven and a pastor’s wife, Ursula Brunner had to face many demands at the time. All the more admirable is that she took to the streets to engage politically on issues such as sustainability and producer protection and to bring about a change in mentality," Sita Mazumder explained the jury’s choice.
