Once harvested, the clusters are hung on a wooden beam and sorted by quality. Only the best are taken to gebana's processing station in Kebili. Dried out or naturally spoiled ones are used as animal feed.
Not only the farmers are happy about the first sample copies. A press group is currently touring the organic oases and getting an impression of the working and living conditions of the organic farmers in southern Tunisia.
