Use & preparation
- Use as a topping for porridge, muesli or pancakes.
- The butter can also be used for baking, for example in these rhubarb buns or these almond muffins.
- Use in savoury dishes to thicken and refine sauces, dips or salad dressings.
- It also works well as a vegan egg substitute in baking. Simply use 3 tablespoons of almond butter instead of an egg.
