This peanut butter with chunks is made from organic peanuts grown by Uzbek family farmers in the Samarkand, Tashkent and Kitab regions. We have the nuts processed into butter and packaged in Germany.
The butter has a sweet taste with a slight hint of salt – the salt content is 0.54 per cent. Ideal as a spread, in muesli, for baking and cooking.

Storage & shelf life
Once opened, store at room temperature and consume within 3 months. If some oil rises to the top, stir to restore its creamy texture.

Grown by 352 family farmers on an average of 0.5 hectares in the Samarkand, Tashkent and Kitab regions of Uzbekistan.
Cultivation
Organic, no irrigation, harvested by hand.
Processing
Peeled locally, processed in Germany. 100% of employees in processing have employment contracts, wages correspond to the minimum wage or better.
Purchasing & Logistics
Purchased from importer, collaboration since 2010. Transport: lorry to Hamburg to the processor, lorry to Embrach/Singen.
