This extra virgin olive oil has an impressively ripe, fruity flavour and a strong pungency that is typical of olive oil from Palestine. For every litre of oil sold, an additional 2,15 euros goes to local agricultural, medical and social projects.

Storage & shelf life
Store the canister in a cool place. Once opened, you should use the olive oil within 9 months. For daily use, transfer a small amount to an oil carafe or glass bottle and keep it in a dark place. This is because light damages the structure of the oil and affects the taste and properties of the ingredients. Use a funnel when transferring the oil.
