Organic green olives in brine and olive oil. They have a firm bite with a slightly sour note, as is typical for green olives. Ideal as an aperitif or as part of an appetiser platter.
We source the olives from our long-standing partner Anyfion, in which we hold a 20 per cent stake. The olives themselves come from seven family farmers in the regions of Argolis, Arcadia, Messinia and Laconia in Greece, who grow them organically on small plots there.
The olives are vacuum-packed in plastic and are not pitted.
