Dark chocolate with whole almonds and sea salt from Lucerne-based startup Schöki. Made in Switzerland with cocoa from gebana Togo. Schöki emerged from a crowdfunding campaign in 2017. The goal then and now: to offer demonstrably sustainable chocolate free from poverty and child labour. The sea salt enhances the berry fruit flavours of the cocoa, while the almonds complete the taste. One bar weighs 100 grams.
